- Integration credentials: When you connect third-party services (e.g., Gmail), we store the credentials you provide to enable those integrations. These are stored securely and used only to operate your agent.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and server logs for security and debugging purposes.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the SnapClaw service
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account
- Deploy and manage your AI agents on your behalf

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and account data, and on DigitalOcean droplets for your AI agent instances. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable.
Integration credentials (such as app passwords) are stored in Firestore with access restricted to your account and used only to operate your agent.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use SnapClaw at your own risk.
5. Third-Party Services
SnapClaw integrates with third-party services including:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication and database
- DigitalOcean: Cloud infrastructure for agent hosting
- Stripe: Payment processing (if applicable)
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google): Your agent's AI model
These services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or terminate your subscription, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.
Agent instances (droplets) are terminated and their data is deleted when you destroy your agent from the dashboard.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for integrations at any time

8. Children's Privacy
