By accessing or using SnapClaw (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
SnapClaw is a platform that allows users to deploy, configure, and manage AI agents on cloud infrastructure. The Service provides tools to connect AI agents to messaging platforms (such as Telegram or Discord) and third-party integrations (such as Gmail).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use SnapClaw, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SnapClaw to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior through your agent
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
- Circumvent any usage limits or billing mechanisms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
SnapClaw is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
6. Your Content and Credentials
You retain ownership of any content, credentials, or data you provide to SnapClaw (e.g., API keys, app passwords, agent instructions). By providing this data, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for the content your agent generates or transmits. We are not responsible for any actions taken by your AI agent.
7. Third-Party AI Models
SnapClaw connects your agent to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). Your use of these models is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the outputs of AI models or for any changes those providers make to their services.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep SnapClaw available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapClaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your agent from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your agent instances will be destroyed and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
